Founded in 2020 by dynafit University in Listowel, Hard Knocks is the ultimate iron-lovers playground.

We sought out to build a warehouse-style gym, tailored to suit the needs of wellness and community minded fitness enthusiasts. The atmosphere at Hard Knocks has far surpassed our expectations. Hard Knocks members are a part of a tight-knit, supportive, and inspiring community.
