Founded in 2020 by dynafit University in Listowel, Hard Knocks is the ultimate iron-lovers playground.

We sought out to build a warehouse-style gym, tailored to suit the needs of today's bodybuilders, powerlifters, and fitness lovers, so they can reach ultimate gains in an 18+ environment.

This raw, industrial gym encourages loud music through our shared Bluetooth speaker, grunts, and heavy weights!
